Terms & Conditions
- Admission is at the discretion of management, who reserve the right to deny entry.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold or transferred.
- All ticket holders consent to being included in promotional photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken at the Event.
Prohibited Items and Behavior
- Chinese lanterns, fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, open fires, and disposable aluminum BBQs are strictly prohibited.
- No glass bottles or containers are allowed on-site.
- Unauthorized alcohol sales, sound systems, generators, or trading are not permitted and will result in eviction.
- Possession of illegal substances or “legal highs” will lead to eviction and notification of authorities.
- Drones are not allowed and will be confiscated.
Animals
- Pets are not allowed, except for service animals assisting individuals with disabilities. Well-behaved dogs are permitted but are not recommended due to loud music and crowded conditions.
Festival Conduct
- Camping chairs are only allowed in designated areas. Abandoned chairs will be removed.
Vehicle and Parking Rules
- Vehicles are subject to search upon entry and must be parked in designated areas.
- Vehicles parked in no-waiting areas on public roads will be towed.
Event Changes and Cancellations
- The festival reserves the right to change, substitute, or withdraw artists and to alter the program if necessary.
- In case of severe weather, management may cancel, curtail, or modify the Event.
Health and Safety
- Festivalgoers must comply with government COVID-19 guidelines and any additional measures in place.
- Please dress appropriately for potential wet or muddy conditions and move around the site cautiously in poor weather.
Payments and Refunds
- All payments and refunds are processed in the UK. Additional charges from banks or credit card providers are the responsibility of the customer.
- If payment cannot be processed, the Event reserves the right to cancel your order. Efforts will be made to contact you first.
Additional Information
- All attendees must comply with the Challenge 25 policy when purchasing alcohol.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive marketing communications about future events, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged after purchase.
